As part of the University's Quality Assurance (QA) system, and in line with the national system of evaluation, quality assurance and accreditation of universities, which provides for an internal evaluation process of teaching, research and third mission activities, a Quality Assurance Group (QA Group) has been set up for the degree course in Transnational and European Legal Studies, which defines the quality improvement objectives of the degree course in terms of adequacy, effectiveness and transparency, identifies the resources needed to implement them, implements the processes to monitor their achievement and plans the actions necessary for their improvement it carries out monitoring, faculty and student discussion and investigation functions on issues relating to the effectiveness and functionality of teaching activities, curricula, tutoring and services provided to students; it prepares the Cyclical Review Report, as well as the Annual Monitoring Form (SMA), which are submitted to the Degree Course Council for approval.
Monitoring activities of the educational offer, of the quality of teaching, are carried out by the Joint Student-Faculty Commission.
