The graduate will be able to contribute to the processes and resolution of cases, even particularly complex ones, in the public and private transnational sector, using his or her skills in order to find appropriate regulatory and organisational solutions.
The legal expert in Transnational and European Legal Studies will be able to hold management and coordination positions in multinational companies operating in various fields, such as mainly insurance and banking, as well as in agencies, institutions, bodies and organisations of the European Union and the Council of Europe, in international bodies or administrative structures, holding positions of responsibility requiring mastery of legal sectors with a marked interdisciplinary character.
The graduate will be able to work as a project manager in the public or private sector, as a highly specialised figure in the management of legal and non-legal proceedings of a cross-border nature. The graduate, thus trained, will also be able to work as a paralegal or as an external consultant (advisor) for the regulation of organisational and compliance complexities. The professional will be able to take on functions of responsibility and organisational, managerial and control tasks in offices of any type, in public and private bodies, including those of the third sector, in independent authorities and in national, EU and international agencies, as well as in national, European and international institutions and NGOs; operate as an advisor/director of legal departments; carry out consultancy or management activities and companies and corporate groups, including those with a transnational dimension, as privacy officer, data security and protection officer, also in relations with consumers and users; the graduate will also be able to carry out activities for access to funds for research and, more generally, Euro-projecting, and intervene in conflict resolution and management of corporate crises and emergencies linked to profiles involving the resolution of cases with a marked transnational nature. The graduate will also be able to carry out professional activities as an expert in the field of criminal law, as well as work in the commercial and investment, transport and logistics sectors.
